It was very clean and good. The room where breakfast was served was a bit chaotic but this might depend on the day.

The restaurant was closed and guests were invited to serve dinner at the bar... The food was below standard.
Cool place, very good
It was our 40th anniversary and we were really looking forward to coming to Sofia for that. Unfortunately, there was so much perfume in the cleaning products throughout the building, and the hallways had no air. They smelled like plastic, which may be OK for some people, but if you cannot tolerate that physically, it can make you really sick. So we left a day early. Other than that,
Wonderful taxi outside—very reasonable, very clean, very nice driver—but there was so much perfume we had to roll the windows down and it was 90° outside.
Everything was good; clean, nice staff. The breakfast was okay—not everything tasted fresh—and there wasn't enough artisanal bread. The woman who made the omelet did a very good job. We need more coffee machines but I don’t think we’ll be staying there again.
